先看应用内「设置 → 震动反馈」是否打开，再看系统「设置 → 声音与触感 → 系统触感反馈」是否打开——后者关闭时，App 的震动会被系统静默忽略，不会有任何提示。另外，iPad 没有触感引擎，震动功能仅在 iPhone 上有效。

Check three things: Settings → Sound inside the app; the silent switch on the side of your iPhone; and the system volume. The app plays in “ambient” mode so it won't interrupt your music — which also means the silent switch mutes it.
Check Settings → Haptics inside the app, then iOS Settings → Sounds & Haptics → System Haptics. When system haptics are off, iOS silently ignores the app's haptics with no warning. Note that iPad has no haptic engine, so this feature is iPhone-only.
It needs microphone access: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone. The app reads only how loud you are — it does not record, store, or transcribe anything you say.
Tap share on a character to get a short code starting with XR1. plus a QR image. Send the code to a friend, who pastes it under Settings → Import, or has them scan the QR. No server is involved at any point.
No. There is no cloud backup — everything lives only on your device, so deleting and uninstalling are both irreversible. That is the cost of the privacy design, and the reason the app can promise your data never leaves the device.
