《他认错了》隐私政策

《他认错了》（以下简称“本应用”）是一款完全离线的情绪解压小工具。本政策说明本应用如何处理与您相关的信息。一句话概括：本应用不收集您的任何数据，也不联网。

1. 我们不收集任何个人数据

本应用不收集、不存储、不上传、不出售、不分享任何个人身份信息。使用本应用无需注册、无需登录、无需提供任何账户信息。

2. 数据完全保存在您的设备上

您在本应用中产生的全部数据——包括创建的角色、修改过的台词、自己编写的剧本与全部设置——仅保存在本机应用沙盒内，绝不会离开您的设备。

3. 无网络请求、无第三方

本应用完全离线运行，不会发起任何网络请求；不包含任何第三方 SDK，不含广告、不含数据分析或用户追踪工具。

4. 本应用会用到的三项权限

与许多离线应用不同，本应用确实会在特定功能中请求以下权限。每一项都仅在您主动使用对应功能时才会触发，且数据均不离开设备：

• 相机——仅用于扫描他人分享的“角色码”二维码。画面在设备内存中实时识别，不拍照、不保存、不上传。
• 相册（读取）——仅用于从您主动选中的图片中识别“角色码”二维码。图片不会被保存或上传。
• 相册（写入）——仅在您主动点击“存图片”时，将生成的角色卡片保存到您的相册。
• 麦克风——仅用于“按住吼他”功能。本应用只读取实时音量：每一小段声音在设备上被折算成一个响度数字后立即丢弃，用来决定角色的反应强度。本应用不录音、不写入任何音频文件、不进行语音识别、不上传任何声音。松开手指麦克风即关闭，单次最长五秒。

5. 关于角色码

您可以把创建的角色导出为一段“角色码”文本或二维码，分享给他人。该角色码中只包含 16 个描述卡通外观的数字参数、一个称呼和一个自称，不包含照片、不包含任何生物特征、不包含设备标识，也无法反推出任何真实身份。分享行为完全由您发起，本应用不会自动发送任何内容。

6. 语音朗读

角色说台词时使用的是 iOS 系统内置的本地语音合成（离线 TTS），朗读内容即屏幕上显示的台词文字。该过程不联网，不会向任何服务器发送文本。

7. 儿童隐私

本应用不收集任何数据。本应用面向 4 岁以上用户，内容为卡通形象的虚构对白，不含真实人物信息。

8. 删除您的数据

卸载本应用即会彻底删除全部本地数据；您也可以随时在应用内通过“设置 → 清空所有数据”一次性删除全部内容。此操作不可撤销，且没有云端备份。

9. 娱乐与免责声明

本应用中的所有角色形象均由参数生成的卡通小人，不提供上传真人照片的功能。所有剧本对白均为预设的虚构内容，不针对任何具体单位或个人。本应用仅供情绪放松与娱乐使用，请勿用于针对、骚扰或影射任何真实个人。

若本政策有任何更新，我们将在本页面发布最新版本，并更新顶部的“最后更新”日期。

Privacy Policy — “他认错了” (He Apologised)

“他认错了” (the “App”) collects no data and makes no network requests. This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. No data collection. The App does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. No account, sign-in, or registration is required.

2. Everything stays on your device. All data you create — characters, edited lines, your own scripts, and all settings — is stored only in the app sandbox on your device and never leaves it.

3. No network, no third parties. The App runs fully offline and makes no network requests. It contains no third-party SDKs, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking.

4. Three permissions the App does use. Each is requested only when you actively use the corresponding feature, and no data leaves the device:

• Camera — only to scan a shared “character code” QR. Frames are analysed in memory; nothing is photographed, saved, or uploaded.
• Photos (read) — only to detect a character-code QR in a picture you choose. The picture is not saved or uploaded.
• Photos (write) — only when you tap “Save image” to store a character card to your library.
• Microphone — only for the “hold to shout” feature. The App reads loudness only: each short audio buffer is reduced on-device to a single volume number and discarded immediately, used to pick how strongly the character reacts. The App does not record, write any audio file, perform speech recognition, or upload any sound. The microphone closes when you lift your finger, and stops automatically after five seconds.

5. About character codes. A character can be exported as a short text code or QR to share. It contains only 16 numeric cartoon-appearance parameters plus two forms of address — no photograph, no biometric data, no device identifier — and cannot be reversed into any real identity. Sharing is always initiated by you.

6. Speech. Lines are spoken using iOS’s built-in on-device speech synthesis, reading the same text shown on screen. No text is sent to any server.

7. Children’s privacy. The App collects nothing. It is rated 4+ and contains only fictional dialogue spoken by cartoon figures.

8. Deleting your data. Uninstalling the App deletes all local data. You can also erase everything at any time via “Settings → Clear all data”. There is no cloud backup and the action cannot be undone.

9. Entertainment and disclaimer. All characters are parametric cartoon figures; the App provides no way to upload a photo of a real person. All scripted dialogue is fictional and targets no specific organisation or individual. The App is for emotional relief and entertainment only and must not be used to target, harass, or allude to any real person.

10. Changes. Any updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised date.
