1. 扫码通是什么
扫码通是一款独立的教学工具，一步一步教你开通手机支付（目前提供支付宝的开通指引）。扫码通与腾讯、蚂蚁集团无关联，不提供支付服务，也不会替你开户、实名或付款。
2. 我们不收集的信息
- 银行卡号、有效期和安全码
- 支付密码和短信验证码
- 护照、身份证等证件信息和照片
- 你的微信、支付宝账号
- 收款码和付款码
- 位置、通讯录、照片、相机、麦克风
扫码通不申请任何系统权限，不含广告、统计分析或任何第三方 SDK，不跟踪你，也不与其他公司的数据关联。
3. 只保存在你手机上的信息
为了让你下次接着做，扫码通会在手机上保存：你选的语言、大字模式开关、证件类型、银行卡种类、准备清单的回答、每一步的进度和阅读位置。
- 这些信息只存放在本 App 的存储空间里，不会上传到我们或任何服务器。
- 如果你开启了 iCloud 或电脑备份，系统可能会把它们随设备备份一起保存，这由 Apple 按其隐私政策处理。
- 在「设置 → 重置支付宝进度」可以清除进度；删除扫码通会清除全部数据。
4. 你主动发邮件反馈时
在「设置 → 内容有误？告诉我们」或问题页点反馈，扫码通会用系统邮件 App 打开一封草稿，内容只有：你选的问题类型、你写的说明、相关的步骤编号。发不发由你决定，邮件经你自己的邮箱发出。
我们会看到你的发件邮箱地址和邮件内容，只用来回复你和改进教程；不会出售、不会用于广告，也不会与第三方共享（法律要求除外）。问题处理完后删除相关邮件，最长保留 12 个月。请不要在邮件里写卡号、密码、验证码或证件号。
5. 打开支付宝、App Store 或官方帮助
扫码通里的按钮会打开支付宝、App Store 或官方帮助页面。离开扫码通以后，你在这些 App 或网站里的操作由它们各自的隐私政策管辖，扫码通看不到你在那里输入的任何内容。
6. 儿童
扫码通不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不收集任何人（包括儿童）的个人信息。
7. 你的权利
App 内的数据只在你的手机上，你可以随时重置或删除。对于你发给我们的反馈邮件，你可以通过上面的邮箱要求查阅、更正或删除，我们会在 30 天内答复。这适用于你所在地区的数据保护法律，例如《个人信息保护法》和欧盟 GDPR。
8. 政策更新
如果本政策有变化，我们会更新本页和生效日期；重大变化会在 App 的更新说明里提示。

1. What ScanEasy China is
ScanEasy China is an independent teaching tool that walks you through setting up mobile payments in China (currently a guide for Alipay). It is not affiliated with Tencent or Ant Group, provides no payment service, and never opens accounts, verifies identity or pays on your behalf.
2. What we never collect
- Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes
- Payment passwords and text-message codes
- Passport or ID details and photos
- Your WeChat or Alipay account
- Payment and receiving codes
- Location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone
The app asks for no system permissions and contains no ads, analytics or third-party SDKs. It does not track you or link your data with data from other companies.
3. What stays on your phone
So you can pick up where you left off, the app stores on your phone: your language, the large-text setting, your ID type, your card type, your checklist answers, and the progress and reading position of each step.
- This data stays in the app's own storage and is never uploaded to us or any server.
- If you use iCloud or computer backups, iOS may include it in your device backup, handled by Apple under its privacy policy.
- “Settings → Reset Alipay progress” clears your progress; deleting the app removes everything.
4. When you email us feedback
If you tap “Something wrong? Tell us” in Settings, or feedback on a problem page, the app opens a draft in your Mail app containing only the problem type you picked, what you wrote, and the related step reference. Sending it is up to you, and it goes from your own email account.
We see your email address and your message, and use them only to reply and to improve the guide. We never sell them, use them for advertising or share them with third parties, except where the law requires. We delete the email once your issue is resolved, and keep it no longer than 12 months. Please don't include card numbers, passwords, codes or ID numbers.
5. Opening Alipay, the App Store or official help
Buttons in the app open Alipay, the App Store or official help pages. Once you leave ScanEasy China, what you do there is governed by their own privacy policies, and the app cannot see anything you enter there.
6. Children
ScanEasy China is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
7. Your rights
In-app data exists only on your phone; you can reset or delete it at any time. For feedback emails you have sent us, you can ask to access, correct or delete them by writing to the address above; we reply within 30 days. This applies under the data-protection law where you live, such as the EU GDPR or China's Personal Information Protection Law.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date; important changes will also be mentioned in the app's release notes.
