扫码通一步一步教你开通手机支付：下载支付宝、注册、用护照实名、绑定境外卡或国内卡，最后确认能看到你的卡，并教你怎么付款。教程随 App 下载，没网也能看；进度自动保存。
也可以在 App 里点「设置 → 内容有误？告诉我们」。请写明卡在第几步、看到的页面文字；不要写卡号、密码、验证码或证件号。
扫码通是支付宝官方的吗？
不是。扫码通是独立的教学工具，与腾讯、蚂蚁集团无关联。能不能开通、能不能绑卡，由支付平台和银行决定。
账号、实名或绑卡被拒了怎么办？
审核结果由支付宝决定，扫码通无法查询或更改。请在支付宝 App 里联系客服，或拨打支付宝客服电话 95188。扫码通每一步的「遇到问题」页面列出了常见原因和可以先试的办法。
页面和教程里的示意图不一样？
先把支付宝更新到最新版。教程按境外手机号账号看到的英文界面编写；还是对不上，请在 App 里反馈“页面和示意图不一样”，我们会更新教程。
换手机或删除 App 后进度还在吗？
进度只保存在你的手机上，不会上传。删除 App 后需要重新开始；每一步都可以直接选“我已完成，继续”跳过。

ScanEasy China walks you through setting up mobile payments step by step: install Alipay, sign up, verify with your passport, add a foreign or Chinese bank card, check that your card shows up, and learn how to pay. The guide is built into the app, so it works offline, and your progress is saved automatically.

You can also use Settings → “Something wrong? Tell us” in the app. Tell us which step you're on and what the screen says; never include card numbers, passwords, codes or ID numbers.
Is ScanEasy China made by Alipay?
No. It's an independent teaching tool, not affiliated with Tencent or Ant Group. Whether you can sign up or add a card is up to the payment platform and your bank.
My account, identity check or card was declined. What now?
Alipay makes those decisions and ScanEasy can't see or change them. Contact support inside the Alipay app, or call Alipay on 95188. Each step's “Need help?” page in the app lists common causes and things to try first.
The screen looks different from the picture
Update Alipay first. The guide shows the English screens a foreign-number account sees. If it still doesn't match, send “The app looks different” feedback in the app and we'll update the guide.
Is my progress kept if I change phones or delete the app?
Progress stays only on your phone and is never uploaded. After deleting the app you start over; you can skip any step with “I've done it”.
Which languages?
Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English; switch any time in the app.
